kte: travelhighlights: Kanchenjunga Above the Clouds by Andrew Luyten Kanchenjunga (8586m) viewed from Sandakphu, looking towards Sikkim. The clear air is no doubt helped by the altitude - 3630m. Just around the corner (or over a small mound) you can also get a view of Everest, but the cloud wasn’t as good in that direction and it is much further away. Best viewed large to see more detail - there’s a red-robed monk in there somewhere. Himalayas, India Via symbiosis & dendrites

Kanchenjunga Above the Clouds by Andrew Luyten
